This is a CCTV video from the current summit of world leaders in bejjing. It’s your standard shot of world leaders until the end of the video where on the right side Vladimir Putin decides to make a move on the Chinese president’s wife by placing his coat around her. (Given strict international decorum this qualifies as a move) This should surprise no one given Putin’s advances on Ukraine.
