joy got back

Some days you grow tired of the repetition, the grind of school and life.

I’ve decided to wake up and get my joy back.

Much like a plant can’t make it’s own sunshine I can’t make my own joy, but plants move toward the sun.

They grow closer to that which gives them life and sustenance.

It is the same with our joy.

I took this photo at Doi Inthanon, Thailand. It’s the highest point in Thailand. Even though these flowers are already at the highest point in the country they seemed to reach for the sun.
